Jim Griffith was recommended to us to clean up after a flood in our basement. Jim and his crew took out whatever was damaged, cleaned, sanitized and monitored the drying process for days after the initial cleaning. The basement was clean, dry and ready for our belongings to be brought downstairs. My husband broke his elbow during the clean up and was trying to raise our new hot water heater with one arm. Jim graciously helped him out and said he would be back once the water stopped coming in to clean up the new mess. True to his word, he was back and gave us one final cleaning and sanitizing. Jim and his team were knowledgeable, courteous and dependable. If I am ever in need of any handyman or cleaning services, I'll be calling Jim.

I needed a reliable contractor to do some repairs and clean-up work in and around my home after some severe flooding. GCI did the job. Jim was prompt, reliable and his fees were reasonable. His workers were polite, efficient and very accommodating, but more importantly knew and understood what needed to be done. They performed their work quickly and professionally. This was extremely important since I was about to close on the sale of my home two weeks later. The work had to meet not only my approval but that of the buyer's also, which it did I'm happy to say. I have, and will continue to recommend GCI when the opportunity arises.

Griffith Carpet and Tile Cleaning tackled the grimy high traffic floors and upholstery at Amazing Grapes with truly amazing results. Jim and his crew were prompt, courteous and very professional. They brought dingy floor tiles and grout back to life, and saved us from having to replace twenty-nine seat cushions. Everything they cleaned looks brand new. I would recommend Griffith Carpet and Tile Cleaning to anyone who wants the job done right.

I have used GCI Construction numerous times over the past five years. Being a real estate broker, my clients often need repairs done quickly and fairly priced. I have also recommended his carpet cleaning service numerous times with excellent results. Jim Griffith has never let me down.

The level of service and the professionalism of Jim Griffith and Griffith Construction make them stand out in a crowd. His attention to detail and the quality of his workmanship are outstanding. I recently left on a two week trip overseas, and needed some work done on a rental home while I was away. I felt completely comfortable letting Jim use his judgment on the repairs that needed to be done in my absence. When I returned, I was thrilled with what was done. It is reassuring to know that there are people like Jim that one can depend on when any job, large or small, needs to be done.

I know Jim Griffith personally and I can attest that he is an honest person whose work is done in a professional manner and that he is true to his word. I have recommended his construction company to friends and business associates with complete confidence.

Mr. Griffith has a uniqueness in being able to accurately forecast the exact problem with a project and give a reasonable cost estimate and time of completion. His estimates have been right on and his projects do finish within the appropriate time frame. But even better than this, Mr. Griffith is a hands on person, always at the site daily directing the work and trouble shooting if needed. If you need an honest, sincere individual who has the knowledge and experience to run your project it is Mr. Griffith. He will work hard and long to complete your project in a professional manner, at cost and on time. I highly recommend Mr. Griffith without reservation.

Griffith Construction removed all the existing pressure treated deck boards, railings and joists, installed new triple galvanized deck hangers and new pressure treated joists, then new Evergrain composite decking with tiger claw hidden fasteners, a new Royal Endurance vinyl railing system and vinyl lattice framed out beneath the deck. Please be aware that I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship.
