We will work out a maintenance plan around what your property actually needs and what you want to spend. For most homes that means a spring and a fall visit, with exterior surfaces washed, caulking checked and anything loose put right before the weather turns.
Landlords and second-home owners tend to want more. If you are not there to notice the siding going green on the north face or the deck board that has gone soft, we are.
Deck stain gives up after a few winters. Caulk splits and lets weather in behind it. Painted trim on the weather side goes before anything else does. We handle the seasonal round so it does not sit on your own list until it turns into a repair job.
The advantage of using the same crew each visit is that we already know where the trouble spots are. We have been doing this in northern New Jersey since 1999 and are fully insured and licensed.
