Commercial Services
Office carpet, corridors and common areas take heavy traffic in defined lines, and they show it long before the carpet is actually worn out. Griffith Construction, Inc. cleans commercial carpet throughout Morris, Passaic, Essex, Bergen, Hudson, Sussex and Union Counties.
We work evenings and weekends so that desks are usable the next morning. Where a floor cannot be taken out of service at all, we section it and work around occupancy, which takes longer but avoids shutting anybody down.
For landlords the two jobs that recur are unit turnovers and the common parts. Cleaning a unit between tenants is very often the difference between re-letting it as it stands and paying to re-carpet, and it is a quick job to schedule against a move-out date.
Commercial carpet is replaced far more often than it needs to be. Traffic lanes are ground-in soil rather than damage, and a property on a sensible cleaning cycle will get years more out of a floor than one that is only cleaned when it already looks bad.
We clean with truck-mounted extraction rather than portable machines. It pulls more soil and more water back out of the carpet, which gives a better result and a floor that dries in time for the morning. We apply deodorizer where a space needs it, and we clean upholstery and tile as well, so lobby seating and restroom floors can be done on the same visit.
A roof leak or a burst line over a weekend can put a whole floor of carpet under water. We extract the water, treat against odor and the growth of mold, and tell you honestly whether the carpet and pad can be saved or need to come out, so you can get the space back in use as quickly as possible.

Customer Reviews
Griffith Carpet and Tile Cleaning tackled the grimy high traffic floors and upholstery at Amazing Grapes with truly amazing results. Jim and his crew were prompt, courteous and very professional. They brought dingy floor tiles and grout back to life, and saved us from having to replace twenty-nine seat cushions. Everything they cleaned looks brand new. I would recommend Griffith Carpet and Tile Cleaning to anyone who wants the job done right.
