Griffith Handyman offers a full line of power washing for commercial and industrial property across Morris, Passaic, Essex, Bergen, Hudson, Sussex and Union Counties. We run hot and cold, and we can supply our own water where site access makes that easier.
Most commercial washing has to happen when the property is empty, which usually means overnight or early morning. We schedule around trading hours, work in sections where a full close is not possible, and keep wet areas coned so nobody walks into them.
Fuel islands and drive-thru lanes collect oil and rubber that ordinary washing will not shift, and they are the first thing a customer sees. These need degreasing rather than pressure, and the run-off has to be managed properly rather than pushed toward the nearest drain.
We do not reach for high pressure by default. On EIFS, older masonry, painted steel and signage, pressure causes damage that costs more to put right than the cleaning saved. The right chemistry at low pressure gets the same result without the risk.
