Doors and Hardware

Doors are the highest-wear item in any commercial building and the one most likely to become a compliance problem. Closers that no longer pull a fire door shut, frames knocked out of square by trolleys, worn strikes and failed hinges are all routine work for us, and they are worth putting right before an inspection rather than after one.

Fit-Outs and Partitions

We build and alter partitions, counters, shelving and fixtures for offices and retail units. On a turnover that usually means removing what the last tenant put in as much as building for the next one.

Exterior and Structural Repairs

Decks, balconies, stairs, railings and exterior trim on managed residential property carry real liability, and they are inspected. Because we build these as well as repair them we can tell you which items are cosmetic and which are structural, in writing, before you decide what to spend.

Scheduled to Suit the Building

Noisy work can run outside business hours, and we can stage a job floor by floor so tenants are not living beside it for a fortnight.
