Residential Services
Griffith Handyman offers a full line of power washing services across Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Sussex, Union and Hudson Counties. We have been locally owned and operated since 1999.
We prefer a soft-wash approach and do not reach for high pressure unless the surface genuinely calls for it. Pressure is what splinters wood decking, drives water behind siding and strips the face off old brick. The right chemistry at low pressure does the work without any of that.
We run hot and cold, and we can supply our own water if there is no convenient spigot.
Vinyl siding, cedar shingles, brick, a composite deck and an asphalt roof all need different treatment. We carry a full line of cleaning chemicals and match them to what is being washed, so the mildew comes off and the surface underneath is left as it was.
We understand that our customers live within certain budgets. We will work out a cleaning plan based on what needs doing now and what can wait, rather than quoting the whole property when the north side is the only part that has gone green.
